Ms. Meritxell Miró
PhD Student in Engineering Education (Co-director: Dra. Eva Vidal, UPC).
Industrial Technical Engineer in Industrial Electronics, with a Master in Information and Communication Society and a Master in Telemedicine, but with a teaching vocation. She has been teaching for more than ten years. Her research is focused on studying and analyzing the ethical, social, and environmental impact of technology on the current curriculum of compulsory education. The aim is to develop a critical vision and strategies of the concepts, values and habits that students must acquire at the end of their compulsory educational stage.

Student of the Master’s degree in Integrative Physiology at the University of Barcelona (UB). She is a dietitian-nutritionist at the UB, a sportswomen and a coach in basketball. She is also working with the Autoimmunity and Tolerance Group and the Applied Nutrition Research Group (UB). Her research topic is about human physiology under microgravity conditions.
